I am not able to activate POS on my other device
Ensure that you are using the correct owner login credentials to activate the device. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it from the web-console. Also, ensure that different device names are entered while activating in other device.
I am not able to login to the backend web-console
If you are an employee, kindly ask your owner for web-console access. If you are the owner, please use the reset password option to receive reset link in your registered email ID.
My employee is not able to login to the POS application
Please check if the employee is added as a user from the web-console and ensure that correct credentials are used to login.
